I bought this grill because of the size. It can make a large amount of food in a very short time. The only downside is the cleaning process. Scrubbing between the ridges in the grill can get messy and tedious. And of course you have to clean it while the grill is hot.

It works like older temp taste grill. The wider cook space is great for larger portions. It's also adjusts 4 sandwiches.

I like the size of the surface space because it can fit larger items

I bought this for Christmas but did not open it until March and the cover is cracked. I brought it back to my local Best Buy to Show them the defect and they would not return it because it past the return date. I want the grill but I want a new one since the original is defective. It is brand new never used how can I get a replacement
