The vest I bought is awesoem. I use it all the time for pull-ups and lunges. It is the easiest vest to put on since they made it a no brainer to just put the straps to the velcro. I like how the vest can tighten to my waist and make it as tight as i want it. Very comfortable product but i wish they made a 80lb vest and also an ipod holder on it somewhere on the shoulder.

Well as I said, it is very adjustable and you can remove weights and start out lighter and build up to the full 40 pounds, I wanted heavy as possible to add to Calisthenics workout, can't wait till spring to use with jump roping.
I would recommend this to a friend
