A: All I can say is you probably got a regular Pixel 4. You can go to the settings on the phone, and scroll down to ' About Phone' where it would clearly state either Pixel 4 or Pixel 4XL. Did you purchase it refurbished? Either way I recommend contacting Best Buy.
