I have the Fossil Gen 5 Juliana and it works amazingly well!!

Not totally sure what the best smartwatch is but I've got the Fitbit Versa 2 and it works well with the Pixel 4XL.

Fossil has a line of smartwatches with WearOS installed. TicWatch is another watch manufacturer that produces watches that should interact well with the Pixel 4.
