Q: How come it comes with only 3 batteries when it takes 2 of them?
A: I only got 2 batteries but the snowblower has 3 places to insert batteries. I tested to see if the thing works with only one battery and moved it from slot to slot. It does. The paperwork doesn't say but I conclude that the batteries are used in parallel. I don't expect my driveway to need more than 2 but if I have problems, it's nice to know I can add a battery.
A: Hi bird. Thank you for your question. You will want to ensure you have the skid shoes in the correct setting prior to use, this will help adjust the height of the auger. To adjust the height, please ensure the unit has the batteries removed prior to adjusting the skid shoes. Q: Why is this not available in MN?
A: Its available, its just sold out. It was in stock a week ago. The sale price caused an influx of orders and its currently back ordered. I got mine a few weeks ago in MN.

Pleasantly surprised!!!!
Great machine, I was pleasantly surprised how good this unit is. Only suggestion I have is to purchase a second set of batteries.

So far so good
The power is comparable to my previous ariens classic 24 in 208cc. The maintenance is wonderful (no carb, no spark plug, no changing oil) and I look forward to seeing how it does in terms of longevity. The batteries are interchangable with other 80v greenworks equipment I own, which is a good perk.

perfect on snow pile breaker
Excellent use on first over 12 ft snow. I had 4Ah two batteries ran over 30 to 45 mins it through way far. Happy to have this product. Go green. Go Greenworks
