The album was recorded during the second leg of the Rolling Thunder Revue. The album was partly recorded on May 23, 1976, during a concert at Hughes Stadium in Fort Collins, Colorado; the penultimate show of the tour, the concert was also filmed and later broadcast by NBC as a one-hour television special in September. (Hard Rain's coincided with this broadcast). Four tracks from the album (InchI Threw It All Away, Inch InchStuck inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again, Inch InchOh, Sister, Inch and InchLay, Lady, LayInch) were recorded on May 16, 1976 in Fort Worth, Texas. Vinyl LP pressing. Bob Dylan's sixth studio album, Highway 61 Revisited, was originally released in August 1965 by Columbia Records. Having until then recorded mostly acoustic music, Dylan used rock musicians as his backing band on every track of the album, except for the closing track, the 11-minute ballad InchDesolation RowInch. Vinyl LP pressing includes digital download. Blood On The Tracks is the 15th studio album by singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, originally released on January 20, 1975. The album marked Dylan's return to Columbia Records after a two-album stint with Asylum Records. Dylan commenced recording the album in New York City in September 1974. In December, shortly before Columbia was due to the record, Dylan abruptly re-recorded much of the material in a studio in Minneapolis. The final album contains five tracks from New York and five from Minneapolis. The album has been viewed as an outstanding example of the confessional singer-songwriter's craft, and it has been called Inchthe truest, most honest account of a love affair from tip to stern ever put down on magnetic tapeInch.
