Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Pros mentioned:Price, SpeedCons mentioned:Display, ModesI like how fast it is than my old one year pc and easy to upgrade. Got an open box and it looks like a new pc and it was a good price . The screen is not the best but I will be using a second 4k monitor for editing my videos. My negative point is that it is windows S mode and you can not use it or install your favorite program but you can change it to windows 10 by creating a free Microsoft account in order to install your favorite programs. Its easy to switch windows. It uses a 128gb ssd pci hard drive I will upgrade later.

Great Budget Buy
|Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality3 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5Pros mentioned:Speed, TouchscreenCons mentioned:Color, ModesI've had the HP-Pavilion x360 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop-Intel Corei3 - 8GB Memory - 128GB SSD for a week or two now. It's held up to what i've needed it for: work and casual gaming until gaming PC is built. The 128GB SSD can fill up quickly with the amount of storage the system uses, so i recommend an external HD if you plan on downloading games/music/movies as it will ad up quick. The Good: It's very lightweight, but not light enough to feel cheap. Responsive and low profile keyboard. Touch screen and tablet modes are nice for lazy browsing. Snappy, compact, and powerful. Handles basic gaming on steam very easily, Minecraft, Half Life, Team Fortress, and other games that don't need higher end components to play. Fun to play some games in touch screen or with board/mouse. I work 8-10 hours a day and then spend time on it at night, keeps up just fine and haven't had any problems. Zoom conferences, remote connecting into my work PC, running multiple programs/windows at the same time. Screen resolution is fine, colors are a bit pale but not bad. The Bad: Out of the box it comes with Windows 10 in S mode. There are Pros/Cons to S mode that i won't get into here - you can google it. I switched out of S mode (no going back, one time thing) to the standard Windows 10, installed security, and was ready to go - or so i thought. It crashed, blue screened for about 10 minutes, then recommended re-configuring BIOS and then had to re-install windows altogether. After fooling around with it and completing what i needed to - it was good to go with no problems since. Overall process of about an hour. The mousepad can feel cheap at times though i rarely use it (wireless mouse and keyboard daily). Once in a while a key will stick for a few seconds. Fan runs a lot, tends to get pretty warm with long use (like anything i suppose). Now sits on a vented platform to help dissipate the heat. Overall, a great little budget laptop with tablet capabilities. Works as it should, fast, responsive, great for the casual gamer. For the price - you get what you pay for and then some.

Capable and budget-friendly
|Posted .Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5This is a fairly decent computer for everyday tasks. We bought it specifically for remote schooling for my daughter during covid restrictions. It does everything she needs it to. And in case you were wondering, yes, it’s compatible with HP Pen. We had to buy that separately on Amazon. We haven’t tried any gaming on it, but we bought it knowing the specs aren’t anywhere near minimum requirements for gaming. It’s only for web apps, Microsoft Teams, Zoom. And we downloaded Autodesk Sketchbook so she can use her HP Pen for digital art. So far we’re happy with it. As much as I like Microsoft Surface tablets, this HP 2-in-1 is a decent and capable budget-friendly alternative.

AMAZING LAPTOP!!! Great for any use.
|Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Very smooth, runs really fast. Ive already downloaded 2 games on it and the fans aren’t loud at all. I bought it for personal use and school, and it helps me complete almost everything. The camera isn’t bad at all, not blurry at all for my zoom classes. The speakers are perfect, located near the top of the keyboard. The keys are quiet, but they do give clicky feedback for those who like that. The touchpad is smooth and solid. The screen is absolutely amazing, edge to edge screen. The 2 in 1 folds all the way for those who like viewing without the keyboard sticking out. Charges quick and smoothly, even while using it while plugged in. Quick feedback, very good laptop. Storage is almost halfway full after around 3 days of use, but thats okay. It has an SD port on the right side. Thanks Bestbuy!

Love This One!
|Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I was very nervous making this purchase for my husband. I wanted a computer that would be easy to get going. It took me weeks to decide and I didn't want to make this purchase through my Amazon account; rather a reputable electronic company like Best Buy. I am very, very happy with the deliver; the product. He's already got it set up and loves it. We are electronically challenged so with such an easy set up; it was a great gift. It's not an Apple - which we don't like any Apple products, it's an HP a nice thin laptop that we can take anywhere. Throwing out the broken dinosaur we had and embracing this beauty!
