Q: Would 100-watt from usb-c port damage iPhone or Galaxy?
A: No, you can't damage an iPhone or ANY USB-C device with this charger. The charger works as a power supply basically, and the iPhone (or whatever device) will request what power it needs to charge. As the iPhone gets full, the charging power will get lower and lower, down to 5 watts or less as it nears 100%. I use this on my iPhone and MacBook Air with no issues.
Q: does this charger come with a 112w rated usb c cable?

A: This adapter supports USB and USB PD outputs, 12 Volt at various amperage levels does not seem to be an option. There us no barrel plug output.

A: No, maximum seems to be 65 Watts plus 35 watts
A: Look at the specs. It'll handle 240v, but you'll need a plug adapter to go from the US flat plug to whatever is used in the countries you'll travel to.
