Insignia™ - 32" Collapsible Light Reflector

I bought this to help lighten up my face for video calls. It works great. I have it set up next to a lamp and it directs more light onto me and helps light me up. The best part is it diffuses the light so its not heavily focused.

I bought this light reflector as a last minute purchase. I was set to photograph a congregation at a local church and realized that there was the possibility of poor lighting due to the early time. Thankfully I had this. The soft white side wasn't enough to give me the light I needed, so I had to resort to using the silver side. I wish the soft white would have worked, but there wasn't that much sun to work with and there were trees blocking most of the window. Either way, the pictures came out well. Not my best quality, but acceptable for my first time photographing a congregation. It is also real handy that the reflector collapses down to a small disk. Easy to strap to my camera backpack.

I'm often disappointed in the prices of simple photography equipment. Reflectors are one of those items and so this is a great value. There's convenience in the ability to "fold" this reflector down so you can take it out and about - great for adding just a bit more light and reducing shadows when you don't want to use flash.

I’ve needed a reflector for some time now, and I opted to buy this one in-store. I love how well-constructed it is, and that it’s silver on one side and white on the other. It collapses easily into the storage and travel bag. Just be careful when pulling it out, it expands to its original shape quickly and can whack you right in the face if you’re not careful.

I purchased this as a Deal of the Day item and have started using it at work for some product photography. It provides a decent amount of light bouncing back on the objects and I especially like that it has a silver side and a white one to allow users to alternate how much light they want reflected back. When not in use it folds up neatly and comes with a thin storage pouch.

Reflector has worked well. It isn't too large or too small and works great for the smaller photo sessions. If you are having a smaller group I would say to go with an alternative, but this works great for babies, senior photos, and even a few wedding shots!

This reflector is great. A lot of the professional brands charge 10 times as much, but you don’t need those. This will do the same thing for a fraction of the price. It’s easy to fold up.
