A: If you record in 4k 30fps the camera alone it last from 40 min or a little longer. With the camera attached i think around 1hr and 20min in 4k 30fps
A: If you use the camera alone, for pov shots or on a weight rack it overheated at 40 min, it was on 4k in 30fps. It’s done it about 5 times, I’ve left it recording for gym workouts.

Awesome small Device, Go for the 128GB
I would go for the Insta360 Go 3S (128GB) pay for the extra storage it is truly worth it. I get up to 40 min on 4k 30fps indoors at a gym on recording device alone, detached from the main device. Do recommend it, used the cap/hat attachment works great and records really great. Really just use it to record in places I can just stick it someplace and don’t need a tripod or anything. I can stick it on my Yeti Bottle or weight racks in the gym, just an all great product.

Overheating little camera
This camera is awesome but 20min in and its already overheating to the point where it shuts off making it useless till it cools off, thats my only complaint :(:(:(:(:(:( sadly i am returning it.
