Love it. Sound quality is great. Perfect for running or everyday use at work. I use them for both. Great app features and they do not stick out of your ear they stay im firm without and discomfort. I never like in ear buds until Jabra. And best of all very long battery life

To start positively, the sound quality is decent and the battery life is immaculate (use 8-10 hrs on 50% hear through for 2.5 days before recharge). The ANC is also pretty good at blocking out high wind sounds (not so much higher pitch sounds though). HOWEVER, a HUGE downside is how the headphones pop out of the case EVERYTIME the case is dropped. This happens quite often due to the case being smooth material, causing it to slide out of pockets easily. There’s no point in a “military grade” case if the magnets aren’t strong enough to keep the case closed when dropped. Your case may not be damaged, but your headphone(s) will get lost if you don’t notice they’ve bounced out upon impact. I now have to pay $80 more on the Jabra website for a replacement pair (only lost the left but Jabra doesn’t sell them individually). This is very disappointing as there’s no real way to fix this problem as the customer. I recommend Jabra improve their case manufacturing, or at least count this as a manufacturer error for warranty purposes.

Jabra has been my go to running ear buds brand for years and this new pair is an upgrade in every way. Great battery, great water/sweat resistance, great ANC, and not too expensive. The multiple tips included allowed me to find a comfortable fit and the wireless charging case is a great creature comfort.

I've been trying to find a good quality headset that's comfortable and have great sound, I think I just found them, I have absolutely no issues with these earbuds at all, good battery life, and noise cancellation works great. I mainly use this headset for phone calls so I wear one at a time, but there's also great for listening to the music. I'd definitely recommend them.

Excellent headphones. Sound quality for music, podcasts, and calls is top notch. The quick switching between noise canceling and hear through is great as you change environments or want to briefly hear someone or something without removing the headphones. Most importantly to me, they are a very comfortable fit.

Sound great and battery lasts. Sometimes in the beginning only one turns on and have to take them in and out of ear for both to connect, but I may be doing something wrong. Still love them!

These are the the best ear buds I've ever had and I've been through a lot of them. They do everything. You can change the volume by holding down the button on either bud, you can skip and go back to previous songs, you can hear and be heard easily on phone calls, they stay in your ears and the noise canceling feature is insanely good. If you don't like the noise canceling you can turn it off very easily with the oush of a button. I like the physical buttons as compared the touch ear buds because there are no accidental touches. I highly recommend them.
