my girlfriend used it as a gift for her friend whom recently had a baby

good workout to start with if you haven't exercised regularly

I got this cuz I thought it would be a great workout since who's doing it. But it was just a bunch a moves to do. It wasn't set up in a workout form which is what I wanted. I'm sure it would be great for somebody else just not me.
