Before making any MAJOR purchase regarding electronics, I always go to YouTube to see what others think. This product was in more that one video that I watched concerning best true wireless headphones of 2019. I love the look and feel of them. It took a moment to get used of how to get the perfect feel in my ear but they fit perfectly. I love that there’s a case, but that it also is charging my EarPods at all times when I’m not wearing them. The only thing I have to really remember now is to charge the whole thing maybe a few times a week which isn’t a hassle anymore since the cable comes with the case. Overall, this has been a very satisfying purchase of 2019.

Earbuds with charging case

The burn in tool is unique, but easy. The attached charging cord has been handy. Sound is impressive. Would recommend to others. Not willing to pay the high price for other brand earbuds...especially, when these work so well.

Other than that, I feel that this was a great buy. I got them on sale. I love the fact that you can where them independently. The battery life is excellent, it last WAY longer than my Beats X (which are super expensive compare to these) The sound and mic are clear. The JLab's work well with my apple computer, TV and iPhone.

Whose ears are these made for?

Quality3 out of 5Value3 out of 5Ease of Use2 out of 5I wish I could give this 5 stars for sound. However, that would be a misleading review. So it has 1 Star to acknowledge the great sound. I am uncertain whose ear canals are LARGE enough to fit these things in. They do not sit in my ears well and after while they just fall out. Thankfully, they’re big enough to feel when they do fall. They’re just sitting in the drawer. I used them about three times before being too annoyed with them coming out so often. They’ve been in my drawer for 3 months and are STILL charged!

Posted .Hi Wendy, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you.

I thought I was going to regret purchasing these just because they are cheaper but no way!

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between the icons and the jbud air?

- A:Answer I just got the air's and found that you cannot use both ear buds independently. You can use the right one by itself, but not the left. Reading the Jlab site, the icon's "dual connect", so you can use either left or right independently. I'm returning the Air and getting the Icon's to try them out and make sure. I like having each one work independently so I can charge one while using the other. Hopefully it works that way. I'll try and update here once I find out.

- A:Answer Ive utilized them interchangeably, with one earbud connected to my laptop and the other connected to my cell phone. If you’re referencing the call quality they are exceptional, music quality they’re quite great.

Q: QuestionI have been looking at the reviews and they are really great on these earbuds do any of you know how long the battery life is if you're playing music I'm hoping to at least have the battery life throughout my work day which is little less than 8 hours

- A:Answer The buds themselves hold about 5 hours. Each bud can be used independently. Also, the case charges the buds. So, it depends on your preferred use case. If you must have both buds in your ears all 8 hours, they won't last that long. But, if you work for 4 hours, take a lunch break where they can go back in the charging case, and then come back and work for another 4 hours, they'll last you through the day. Or, if you can listen in one ear for a period of time, the other bud can be recharging, so you can easily get through a full day moving from one ear to the other.

- A:Answer It's a traditional standard USB A-type, but it can be flipped like a C-type can to charge. It is also not detachable from the case.
