Can always be improved (miss the track ball or track pad of prior models). Have had it for just over 2 years, and will need to have serviced (usb-c port could be finicky and is now hard to charge) but STILL worth it. It's a BlackBerry. Runs android (for PoGo players this was a big deal as I recall) screen is big enough to happily watch movies or TV, and has the obligatory QWERTY board.
Oh, and THANK YOU BB for still using a 3.5mm port for music.
Bought my Mom a Galaxy S20+ which she loves, and it is nice, but this still is my baby. Durable (have sadly dropped it on screen, and it's fine). I have been a BB loyalist (though I usually have other devices as well) since 2010. They are like the Nokias of smart phones. Super durable, and functional. Battery has worn down over the 26 months of use, but still is pretty good.
My only real gripe now is that it looks like we might not get a Key3 in future.

Had this phone for 2 years now and continues to be my primary phone. Battery life is still fantastic and the phone hasn't slowed down one bit even though it's still on Android 8.1.
Typing on this keyboard feels so smooth and great that I don't have to look down as I type. I can't do this on a glass slab. The textured back feels great. The red paint job with the black accents gives it a stunning look.
The Camera takes great shots during the day but struggles in low light conditions. I use my Pixel 4 to take pics so no big deal.

This version of the Key2 is notoriously hard to find, but if you can get it for a decent price, it's 100% worth it.

Absolutely love this phone. The keyboard was a huge reason in why I wanted this phone. I decided to not put any games or extra waste of time apps on this phone. This phone is dedicated to getting things done. Yes it's different but my note 10, iPhone XS Max just cause me to waste so much time cause I get distracted.

I used this phone for over a year before I got a phone with 5G. I hope Blackberry comes out with a 5G phone soon because I'd happily go back to them. The camera isn't great and the battery is so-so.

The 6 gigs make the phone so smooth and easy to use. Great camera for being a blackberry device. The space fingerprint works well and the red is so nice!! Well recommended.

It took forever to get Verizon on board with service, but the device is wonderful!
A:It does not, I ordered one, but some folks over on reddit confirmed with BlackBerry that it does not and this is an accuracy error on Best buys part. Interestingly, the best buy rep assured and gauranteed to me that it would work on VZW. This is a product no one asked for, meanwhile a Key2 (not LE) working on verizon has been the most requested blackberry since release (seen the waiting rooms?). No one asked for a 128gb red blackberry, we all wanted a 128gb blackberry ON red (Verizon). This is what happens when you arent customer obsessed, and this kinda stuff will lead to BB's second failure into entering the device market.
