Better than I expected. The computer looks almost brand new. Close to no defects. Fan runs very smooth and quietly opposed to the other purchase I made. Haven’t had a problem yet and it’s been about a week of pushing nvidia geforce now and maximum output on it. HDMI is also great quality over to monitor. Overall great purchase!

Laptop worked, but the 2nd battery wasn't installed or replaced, so the life was an abysmal 2-4 hours. I returned it for a full refund. I know it's refurbished but I think the bar should be in the middle atleast.
