A: the photo looks correct, that's what I ordered, you shipped me with a USB type, that is a round, not c-to-ac. need what is actually shown. I want a refund, on my account. I will return the unit, or you can send me. usb adapter i can plug into my laptop, the plug is the issue. need USB c, feedback requested. since this is a survey of a recent purchase, then you should have all information regarding my account.
