A: The unit measures 3 5/8" from the bottom of the unit's cabinet to the center of the vent hole and 14 1/4" from the side of the unit's cabinet to the center of the vent hole.
A: Yes it needs water hookup to get the water to make the steam. Uses cold water.
A: The DLGX3701W does not come with a drying rack. The drying rack that is compatible with this dryer is part number: 3750EL1001A. ^CP
A: Mine are stacked also it does make some noise but if they are balanced right and maybe put boots under them they should be alright. Great dryer though.
