Cordless Curlers or Is it ?

I love the cover. It has good heat control . The only thing I don’t like is when I take the curler from the plug it goes out. It is not Cordless! I have tried it so many times. This was the main reason I bought it, because it supposed to be Cordless. I have a warranty so I am going to take it back! To see if I can at least exchange it!

The person I ended up getting it for was supper excited when opening. She went to use it and was disappointed saying how the thing would pull her hair out and wouldn’t get hot enough.
