Frustrating- It took too long to redeem.
When I tried to redeem it following the instruction, the number provided with the email was no longer use for redeeming card. Then they referred me to another number which is in Spanish and I can't get my card redeemed. Then after calling customer service, they tried to redeem the code to my account and they failed. After 15 minutes of hanging, they said it would take 24-48 hour to redeem the code as this code has 10 digit number. Fortunately after 48 hours it waiting, it added to my account and I believe I will try not to make this mistake again.

Recharge Number not valid
Direct recharge number not working. Need to call a number from different mobile and then provided code. You will get the number calling lyca customer care

Great recharge option for Lycamobile sim card.
I think BestBuy is a great place for the recharge of Lycamobile sim card. The sim can be recharged online through the BestBuy website. Thanks.
