- Answer You cannot actually upgrade a machine you have to order it with the 64gb. This machine's internal components cannot be upgraded.

- Answer At the moment, even the standard setup with “only 1TB” is hard to come by and on backorder! So, though special orders of 2, 3, & 4TB drives are possible, it’ll be a while in coming. Initially, I wanted a 2TB Drive, but when I saw that by adding it, I’d have to wait an extra month(!!!), I went for 1TB! On the plus side, that saved me $400, which I’m putting toward more cloud (which was already becoming a necessity), a few USB-C thumb drives (which I kinda needed to get anyway), and possibly another external drive. And that still leaves me with some of that $400 left! :-)

QuestionCan anyone tell me performance of Illustrator and Photoshop? I have the i9 2019 16" Pro right now, and for whatever reason it is particularly sluggish, near impossible to work on anymore.

- Answer Most likely not as bestbuy usually tends to keep configurations that sell the most vs those that are higher end/custom orders. You will most likely have to go to apple or a different store.

- Answer This computer is doing great. I am editing music and 4k video from my go pro. I found that the more memory the better. 32gb definitely better than 8gb or 16gb for multitasking. Not overheating at all. I have not been able to overload a video/music editor yet so I am not sure how far you have to push it to see any slow down. This is the most capable computer I have owned.
