Maestro - APX-S8-GM1 Dash & Wiring Kit - Black

ADS has partnered with Kenwood and JVC to transform aftermarket stereo installations with the iDatalink Maestro APX installation kits, specifically designed to integrate with their new Direct Replacement car stereos. These kits allow you to retain your vehicle’s factory radio bezel and controls, delivering a factory-look interior combined with the performance and features of modern aftermarket systems. The iDatalink Maestro APX-S8-GM1 installation kit supports an 8" floating screen Direct Replacement stereo and includes mounting brackets and hardware, a USB/hub adapter, an antenna adapter, and vehicle-specific wiring harnesses for a clean, seamless installation.

• Compatible with 2015–2019 GM Vehicles (Factory 8" Screen): Allows the installation of an 8" floating screen Kenwood or JVC direct replacement radio in select GM vehicles originally equipped with a factory 8" screen. Requires iDatalink Maestro RR or RR2 module for full functionality.
• Retains Factory Dash Appearance: Designed to maintain the original factory dash look, providing a clean, integrated appearance that matches your vehicle’s interior aesthetics.
• Preserves OnStar and Bluetooth Hands-Free: Keeps key factory communication features like OnStar and Bluetooth hands-free calling fully operational after upgrading your radio.
• Steering Wheel Audio Control Support: Retains full use of your steering wheel audio controls, including two customizable function buttons and expandable options via the new head unit.
• Backup Camera with Dynamic Guidelines: Maintains your factory backup camera functionality, including dynamic parking guidelines and park assist chimes to enhance parking visibility and safety.
