Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't install this myself, bestbuys did it for me,i had to go back because i was getting feedback and a popping sound when i turned off the stereo, took it back to have it looked at thay uninstalled it then reinstalled it,now it seems ok.

- A:Answer this adapter connects to the stereo giving outputs that are fairly easy to connect including steering wheel controls usb and other outputs i honestly couldnt tell you for multiple different types of stereo but it was remarkably easy with the one i bought which was panasonic touch screen double din with bluetooth steering controls and usb inputs/outputs

- A:Answer You would need to get an “interface” in order to still be able to use steering wheel buttons with an after market radio. If you are connecting to a stock radio with these cables then yes this would not effect your steering wheel controls.
