It is an outstanding computer, extremely satisfied with its output and user friendly. If you have never owned a 2 in 1, this model is the best so far from any other computer out in the market.

Power button is in the worst possible location. The rubber non slip feet peeled off with the heat in less than a month leaving behind a very sticky surface. I purchased this machine because it had a good GPU and no downward facing vents. Downward facing vents don't work when you are lying down on the couch and have the laptop sitting on your chest. The vents on this machine blow out the left and right sides. I was really looking forward to possibly running linux on this machine. Unfortunately the kernel drivers are not there and the keyboard /touchpad did not work at all when I tried to use ubuntu and debian on the device. WSL has made it possible for me to continue using the device in the mean time until the linux support gets there for installing it as my main OS. The power adapter is proprietary and this device dose not support charging the laptop over USB-C. You need to buy a very expensive ($300) docking station if you want to use this as a proper desktop replacement with multiple monitors. I really feel like Microsoft could have done much better on this one.

I really like this laptop, but i cant justify keeping it. At the price point they are asking I was expecting near perfection, but it’s flaws are glaring. Its battery life is bad (I was regularly getting 5 hours whenever I was doing basic stuff), it’s heavy, it doesnt stay cool, and it’s really not that fast. For 3k all I get is an rtx 4060? And why does it have 64 gb of RAM? 32 would’ve been fine, and id rather have saved the money. The only redeeming quality is the form factor. The writing and drawing experience was amazing. The perfect form factor for people that need power, and a good touch screen. This one bright point does not outshine everything else about this laptop. At this price, the laptop shouldn’t have the issues it has. Between the weird configuration options you have, weight thats not justified by power or cooling, and bad/average battery life I can’t really recommend this laptop. If you need a powerful laptop and the ability to draw, get a different laptop and then buy a tablet. The cost for both will probably be the same as it is for this laptop.
