Comes with two AA batteries but I use it wired. You MUST use a USB-C cable. other ports include a 3.5 mm headphone jack and the typical Xbox port for those headphone control adapters and keyboards and such. I used the controller on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. Great value too.
