- A: AnswerHello, I have seen you are having problems with your new XBOX series X headset. As a owner of its previous edition i can confidently say that there will be a small button on the left ear behind the extended mic, you will have to do these steps in order to hook it up to your XBOX device. #1 You will have to make sure it has battery charge and turn it on by pressing that same button for a short duration. #2 Next you will need to make sure that your xbox is in ¨pairing¨ mode by pressing the small circle button next to your usb drive on your xbox. #3 after your xbox is in pairing mode (its X button will be blinking) then you will need to put your earphones in pairing mode by pressing and holding the small button for a solid 7-10 seconds. #4 after there Lights are both blinking, they should automatically pair together, and then you can enjoy your brand new Xbox Wireless gaming headset. Thank you for allowing the internet to help you out, (you just got help from a 12 year old LOL)

Dissapointed
I purchased the first gen of these and I loved them so I figured these new ones would be great but I was wrong… The microphone cuts in and out, sometimes the headset won’t connect at all and my friends online say the mic sounds like “garbage”, sound quality is okay not much better than the original ones though. If you have the first gen save your money and buy something else.

Great Quality Headset
I've had these for over a year. The sound quality and pairing with my console, phone or pc was pretty simple and very convenient. Holding the power button on the headset even starts the console and depending on your tv this will turn on your tv so when you are ready to game they are as well. The battery life is pretty solid i can go a few long gaming sessions without worrying about recharging them. Highly Recommend for the bang you get for the buck.

It’s okay for the price
F or the price, the only other option I know of is the Stealth 600 Gen 3, but I hate using a USB connection. With these, I can listen to game audio, music from my phone, and be in party chat all at the same time, which the Stealth 600 can’t do. It also comes with free Dolby Atmos for headphones, and it sets up automatically as soon as you turn them on. My one complaint is that the audio cuts in and out occasionally. I wonder if that’s due to Dolby Atmos, so I might try turning it off to see if it helps.
