If you want a stove that sounds like jet engine- t
Owned for 4 months when reviewed.
I am giving this a 1 because it sounds like a jet engine on take off. It gets to 200F and the fan kicks in. I heard it on my 2nd floor. I thought it was just working the kinks out on the 1st try, but came back loud as ever w the 2nd try.
I called to my sales associate and he was off ( it was Sunday) I used the number in the manual for Concierge Service and spoke w an agent- the only thing he recommended was speak w sales associate on Monday. I made sure Concierge agent documented he too could hear the jet engine.
I spoke w associate on Monday and he was surprised to hear of “noise issue”. My only options are to have tech come out- ( planning on doing this) and if needed get a new stove- which is 4 months out. I did not pay $7100.00 + dollars for an obnoxiously loud luxury stove. I should have just stuck w my first choice- Viking..
