A: same thing happened to us, but this morning I called customer service to explain the situation and they offered to email it within 24-48 hours, we got it about an hour or two later. at first it didn't work through the game's store, but it did when we entered it in the regular ps store, hope you can get your code too!
A: Yes Ps4 games work on Ps5 games. Well all but 10 games but this will work
A: go into the game and go to fight and when you click on your character the second player option should be available as you have to either set it as the computer or aperson i.e. p2
