A: Hello Stephen - the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X utilizes the AM4 socket type, this motherboard supports the AM5 socket so it would not work with that CPU. Best Buy does sell a few MSI motherboards that support the AM4 platform.
A: Hey Cole - This motherboard comes with Wi-Fi 6E support as well as 2 Wi-Fi antennas that connect to the board. There are a lot of factors that impact Wi-Fi speeds (distance, obstructions, interference, number of users, etc.) so it will be difficult to provide what your results will be.

Good Motherboard, I ended up paying the little bit extra for the MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk to get power stages instead of the discrete MOSFETs on this board.

For Christmas I purchased an ASUS - TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI with an AMD Ryzen 7 9700X and 32MB Corsair CMH32GX5M2B6400Z32 memory. The ASUS motherboard, even with the latest BIOS, failed to post if I tried to place the memory in dual-channel mode per the manual, (A1+B1 or A2+B2). I researched and, I found that this memory kit was not tested with said motherboard. I returned the motherboard and purchased the MSI - PRO B650-P WIFI (although it's lacking a third m.2 slot, and the onboard Realtek sound "codec" is lacking - old chip at 90-95 SnR). The Corsair CMH32GX5M2B6400Z32 memory worked out of the box in dual-channel mode at 6400MHz and AMD EXPO mode. I don't mind not having a third m.2 slot as I have 4TB of m.2 space already. As for the sound, I'm running an ASUS Xonar DX (116dB SNR) that is better than the onboard sound (Realtek ALC897 90dB, 95dB SNR) by a good margin. Yes, this motherboard has some glitches, I believe it's PCI-e 5x compatible, (The documentation states PCI-e 4x). However, at this time, there isn't much that can take advantage of a PCI-e 5x interface.
