The coffee this machine makes is amazing! I wish the aroma was a candle, it smells so good! I love the crema at the end of it, it really makes it feel like its a high end coffee i'm drinking. If you're thinking of getting this or the Kuerig, i'd highly recommend this one. I love the fact that not only does it make coffee but you can also make espresso, which i love! Yes the pods are a little more expensive than the Kurieg BUT if you're paying for quality. The quality is here with his machine, not only in looks but in taste. I love this machine, hands down!

I purchased this machine about a month ago. I was somewhat skeptical because it is a pod machine. I am a big fan of fresh roasted and ground coffee in a french press and couldn't really imagine that any prepackaged coffee would be worth drinking. We have a small Kuerig that we use for quick morning coffee and it's just "OK" coffee. This is something completely different. First: The machine itself is extremely well-built, the packaging felt very high-end. The lines are beautiful and it doesn't take up a lot of space. The reservoir is a nice size and having a used capsule container attached helps keep things tidy. The included milk frother is just as beautiful and possibly the best coffee accessory I've seen. Second: The coffee. Just wow. In addition to the idea of prepackaged coffee, I was a little hesitant because of the price of the capsules. At $1.10 a cup, I thought it was a little expensive. When you buy through the www.nespresso.com/virtuoline website, you have to buy at least 50 capsules, making it an almost major purchase to buy coffee. But here's the thing: This coffee is beyond amazing. Each cup is flawless, with a thick rich crema and perfectly balanced coffee, regardless of blend. Definitely worth the price.

I have wanted a Nespresso coffee maker for YEARS! I love it! The machine is quick and simple to operate. The coffee is so creamy and delicious. I did not get the milk frother, but the coffee already turns out with a rich foam on top of every cup. There are many coffee varieties and flavors for purchase and shipping is quick. I love Nespresso!

Nespresso consistently produces an incredible coffee experience. At first, the machine wouldn't work, but Nespresso 24/7 customer tech support walked me through a simple process to clear the lines of stubborn air bubbles and voila..perfect coffee with crema! Dealing with Best Buy in store customer service, initially, to get a replacement machine, however, was a total waste of time. Glad I called Nespresso.
