Q: QuestionWhat is the plastic tray in one of the pictures?(2 answers)
A: AnswerThank you for contacting NewAir. The clear container is a moister container that can be placed anywhere inside the unit with distilled water. This is used to maintain the humidity within the unit. It also helps your corks from drying out. Best Regards, Customer CareAnswered by NewAir Team

Q: Question7410 .HOW MUCH DOES THIS UNIT WEIGH? . .0 . . .(2 answers)
A: AnswerNot sure how much it weighs I believe it might be in the specs however I can tell you I wished I got one bigger. It seems to not hold a lot of bottles especially what it states it does. If the bottles are small then your good but if they are thick you can only get 2 in the row. It does look attractive. Good LuckAnswered by MillieB

Well made but does not hold 29 mixed type bottles!
The fridge is built well. Solid. well made shelves. Those are the positives. On the negative side: WILL NOT HOLD more than 19-20 bottles if you use any combination of bottle other than bordeaux. If you use burgundy, chardonnay, champagne, or any other type of bottle only 19-20 bottles will fit. The description is deceptive. Also they give you a 'humidifier' tray for upper compartment. If you were to actually fill that with water you would block the space equal to 3 bottles. So that's completely unrealistic. See my pictures for bordeaux and burgundy bottle differences. I was about to return it after 2 hours of juggling every bottle configuration possible and being unable to get more than 19 in it. Just for giggles I had my wife call and told her ask them how I'm supposed to get 29 bottles in it. Sure enough they sent me a schematic (see pic because it is NOT included in the MANUAL which is another frustration!) But you really have to do some Rubik cube positionining to squeeze those bottles in. Also I keep much more reds than whites but the bottom comparmen can not be set above 50 deg as it is assumed you are keeping whites below. Bottom line it is well built but flawed. If they had included just 1/2 inch more interior width you'd be able to configure more bottle storage. I got 24 bottles in it after hours of configuring but its like a puzzle pulling one out.

Uneven but awesome
Only issue is leveling. I’m having a hard time getting this thing to level without all the feet almost completely unscrewed. It’s probably a user error, but frustrating. Also, I don’t know what the little plastic bin is for. Otherwise a compact, quiet, cool fridge, just what I wanted. Second pic shows the lean.

Poor cooler design. Bogus 29-bottle capacity.
Poor shelving design since it is impossible to get 29 bottles in, maybe 20. The wood racks are too bulky. They should use a metal wire rack instead. Very poor door hinge design because door cannot open a full 90° if your cabinet opening is 15" unless you place your cooler further out. If you push the cooler all the way in under the counter so the front lines up with the rest of the cabinets, you can only open the door part way. On top of that the massive door handle sticks out about 1.5" which really gets in the way especially if you cannot slide the cooler in. There is absolutely no need for such a massive door handle on such a compact cooler ... Totally out of place. The two zones cooling systems are very quiet and keep temperatures constant. However, it is an odd design they put the cooler temperature zone for white wines on the top racks and warmer temperature zone for red wines in the lower shelves. Typically it is the other way around where the warmer reds are on top shelves and the cooler whites on the bottom ... plain physics where heat rises to the top even with two zones cooling. They have it backwards.
