Q: I just bought the Ninja Air Fryer 101 and cannot get the crisper plate out of the basket? Help
A: I had the same thing happen to me the first time I removed it. It seemed to be stuck and I was worried about breaking it. Just pull really hard straight up and it will come free. Once you get it out the first time, it fits back in easy and will be easy to remove in the future. Not sure why first time removal is so hard, but I experienced the same thing.
