A: I have the Omron Gold BP5350. I know that this ac cord is for other models, as well. Before purchasing this cord, I contacted Omron, because I also was unsure. Give them your BP model number and the ac chord info and ask them if this is correct for your model and if not...which one? They helped me and I am now able to be battery free. Hope this is helpful to you.
