This chair lasted less than two years before the screw snapped with half the screw stuck in the seat. I tried to contact the manufacturer to make a warranty claim and it took them four months to send replacement screws, which did not actually solve the problem. The manufacturer refused to send a replacement seat. Avoid this at all costs.

Decent chair if you get it on sale. The pneumatic cylinder acted up after a few days. It would slowly sink to the floor. I contacted the company through email for replacement parts and they did not respond. So I took it apart and removed the orange actuator on top of the cylinder that adjusts the cylinder. Leaving it always in the high position. This fixed the problem. Then after about 10 days the company reached out to me. They are sending a replacement cylinder. .

My son broke a wheel about two weeks in, but he breaks everything so Maybe it’s just him also too small for a large adult

Weaker back support and smaller seat size than expected. Cushion feels like it'll become uselessly flat after maybe a year's worth of use. Bit more of a hassle than other chairs I've put together because of how the mounting plate interacts with the screws underneath. Two screws go into the metal plate, two screws go into the seat cushion itself which makes the angle awkward and feel insecure at first.

Its more comfortable than what I've been using so I'll be thankful for that. Arm rest will be the next office chair I purchased.

I got this chair for my son to use. He likes it a lot

very comfty for wide hipped people. Perfect for a small home office or office building

Bought this one to replace a broken one for my son, so far he has no complaints
