Q: what is the size of this PT camera bag?
A: My Sony Alpha 6000 camera fits in there fine with enough room for a passport or something of similar size. You could also put in a small case for camera storage cards as well. It is a pretty spacious bag.
Q: The shoulder strap was not included in the shipment
A: If you have not contacted the store by using their customer service number, try doing that. They should make it right as they have a really nice customer service department.
