great for ps5 expansion
i purchased this ssd card for my ps5 for their beta program. it meets all the specs sony is requiring for the beta. after formatting the ssd in the ps5, it game me a read speed of 6556mbs which is more than the 5550mbs sony is asking. if your looking for a ssd card to put into the bay i'd suggest this. get this one without the heatsink b/c the ssd with hs does not fit the bay due to the height of the heatsink with the card. 1tb can fit 16-17 ps5 titles, not the ps4 if your using it for those. but its super fast. ps get a heat sink from bestbuy or amazon.

Playstation 5 approved!!!
Great Card for the price and speed! Speed is on par with the WD black SN850 plus its 25$ cheaper. Comes with a 5 yr warranty. Awesome card. Just add a heat sink and your PS5 will have the game space it was intended too!
