I originally bought this interface to replace my scarlett solo 4th gen, didnt have any problems with it just thought i might need a more powerful interface for the future, loaded up Ableton and from the start, gliches pops and distortion, what i could once do with the Scarlett i cant even do with the quantum, even with over 1000 buffer you get pops, my cpu usage was at 20 percent idk how this is even possible since the quantum is supposedly better than the solo, universal control sucks too, the way everthing is set sucks, takes too much blank space on the screen for no reason and is the only way to turn up gain. Just go with the 2i2 4th gen itll save your life p.s customer service is actually a bot that pretends to be a human and knows less than you
