Some context... I'm a long-time Apple Watch user, but as a tech support person, I like to be familiar with Android options. I bought a $400 Pixel Watch and it stopped working after two days due to a recent update that caused many people to have broken watches. So, I purchased the Fitbit Inspire 3 as a low-cost replacement. I was curious to learn about the limitations compared to the Pixel Watch and Apple Watch. I've been very impressed with the Inspire 3. When considering the features of the Inspire 3, it's better than smartwatches costing hundreds of dollars more. Battery life is rated as 10 days, and it seems to charge quickly. My Apple Watch needs charing just about daily. The Inspire 3 is very light. Smart watches are big and bulky. I like how the Inspire 3 shows real-time heart rate at a glance. On my Apple Watch, it takes a few seconds after tapping on the heart rate icon to get a new heart rate reading displayed. I like the simple minimalist design. The GPS function of my smartphone is sufficient for tracking outdoor activities like biking and walking. So, there's no need to incorporate that into the fitness tracker which would drain the battery faster. I was originally enthusiastic about smartwatch devices, but prefer using the larger screen on my smartphone for tasks rather than squinting to see a smartwatch screen. I've used the Google Fit software on Android phones and it does a good job of tracking outdoor walks and steps with the phone's accelerometer and GPS. Having the addition of an Inspire 3 allows the smartphone to know pulse which offers a more precise insight into the activity level, and the ability to do sleep tracking. I like the default display color scheme with green accents.

I recently purchased the Fitbit Inspire 3 from Best Buy, and overall it has been a great experience. The setup through the Fitbit app was quick and easy, and the slim, lightweight design makes it comfortable to wear all day and even while sleeping. I’ve found the sleep tracking and heart rate monitoring especially useful, and the battery life is excellent—I can go over a week without charging. While the small display can be a little hard to read and it lacks built-in GPS (so I need my phone for runs), it still does a solid job tracking steps, workouts, and health stats. Best Buy’s ordering and pickup process was smooth, and I like knowing I can easily return or exchange if needed. For the price, the Inspire 3 is a reliable, user-friendly fitness tracker that works well for everyday health goals.

Good device so far. I got this one as an upgrade to my old Charge 2. This is much more lightweight and smaller than the Charge 2. It definitely takes some getting used to in terms of the functionality because it’s pretty different than the Charge 2. But overall I like it better because it’s slim and offers similar options plus a few more than my older version. Another plus is that it stays charged for a while. If you have issues with seeing small numbers on a screen, it may not be the best fit for you. My only complaint is that there isn’t a way to set the main screen to always show your step count. It always shows time and “zone minutes” and you have to tap through to get to steps. It would be ideal if I could look at it and have the step count show first without tapping through.
