I had decided to buy the Asus Vivobook 14" after extensive research and wanted to shop with a local vendor. Best Buy often has good sales, but unfortunately this laptop did not make the list when I was ready to buy. Maybe it is too popular? The sales process was easy and the unit came in before Best Buy said it would. I am pleased with the laptop, it was what I expected, have no puchase regrets, and am getting familiar with everything. It is a good solid laptop. What I would warn shoppers is that what the Best Buy website tells you what you will get for a trade in and what you actually get are two different things. Be careful.
