Great TV show and the Blu-Ray really makes a big difference vs. streaming services. I do hate how there are no special features and how some of the episodes repeat but the quality and all the original music is there. A solid buy for the price.

I bought this collection because I was a faithful Quantum Leap fan. I actually have all the first broadcasts on HQ VHS tapes. I never purchased the collection until now because the original music was replaced with public domain selections. This set, I am proud to say, has all the original music intact including everyone’s favorite scene which played Georgia On My Mind. They finally got it right!

Personally, I don’t trust streaming, we’re starting to see shows get pulled, so all the old shows I can pick up on dvd I am, this whole series was like $35 when I picked it up

Scott Bakula leaps through time solving problems, the whole time trying to get back to his own time/home. Great sci-fi TV series before he donned the Captain's uniform in Star Trek Enterprise.

One of the best shows to ever come out. With the exception of how it ended due to being cancelled this is one of the funniest and best sci fi shows around!

It's Quatum Leap with Scott Bakula. Enough said. It's a great product for those that miss watching it and can't get a good streaming site with this series. Glad i got it.

Quantum Leap has had a tumultuous history on home video ever since NBC Universal began releasing seasons on DVD starting in 2004. Not only was much of the original music replaced by generic elevator music, but the episodes were also issued on double-sided discs, which were easily prone to scratches and fingerprints. In 2014, the Quantum Leap: The Complete Series DVD collection was released, this time on single-sided discs, but the music omissions remained. In 2017, Mill Creek Entertainment debuted the Quantum Leap: The Complete Series Blu-ray collection with the promise that "the vast majority of the original music has been restored." Having watched all the episodes on this Blu-ray release, and also checking with fan sites, it's been confirmed that ALL of the music is intact! This means that the final scene of the classic M.I.A. episode now has the "Georgia On My Mind" song reinstated in all its glory. It's quite telling that a small company like Mill Creek was willing to pay the hefty music licensing fees while a giant corporation like NBC Universal was not. This shouldn't be too surprising since they also didn't appreciate the series during its original broadcast run, having almost canceled it after season 3 until a letter writing campaign brought it back for two more seasons.
