Yes, I think it will. You will need the remote car starter kit which includes the remote, if you do not have a viper unit on your car now. But, if you currently have a unit in your car, you can program it yourself in two minutes after you understand the programming instructions (trial and error). Otherwise, Bestbuy's techs charge about $30.00 to program a replacement remote. It is twice as much to have the whole kit put in if you catch an installation sale. But, the viper remote will not replace an Acura factory remote without a full viper kit installed.
