“I baught a bottom freeze refrigerator one year ago and now after one year a few days the top part(refrigerator) is not working. The bottom freezer is ok. I don’t know what to do. I tried those instructions on the maunual but it is still not working.”

This exact problem happened to me. It seems to be a typical issue with this refrigerator. I am getting in replaced with a different model since they don't have this one available anymore. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone to give you a clear answer. The customer service to get this figured out has been an absolute nightmare.
