The "male" connection on the cable for the FitBit Charge has three pins. The "male" connection on the cable for the FitBit Charge HR has only two pins. They are not interchangeable. The packaging on the box obscures the end so it is difficult to see that they are different. It makes no sense that they use different connections but an informed salesperson should know they are different.

Please ensure you have the replacement cord that states Fitbit "Charge" & not Charge HR. The cords are different and will not work with your Fitbit "Charge."
