Sometimes and i have to go in best buy store and who ever work there and they will help fix it.

Apple requested verification of receipt, phone, address, picture, etc. which I provided. They stole my gift card balance and claimed someone used it. They sent massive radiation rendering my phone unusable and for what reason? I did nothing wrong.
