“Even after LG sent me the SW Update on a USB drive, these still cut out frequently. Has anyone found a permanent solution to this issue? It is very irritating, I'd rather not have them at all.”

• I had issues with the sound going out for a second and then coming back. I talked to a sound guy at Best Buy and they said for me to switch out the stock optical cable with a new one. Once I did that the sound has not gone out once.
