It is similar to Ford and Chevy, fans on both sides but they each do roughly the same thing. When it comes to gaming, the Ryzen series certainly does not disappoint. The key is graphics capability though. While this model has integrated graphics, it does not have a separate dedicated GPU like a gaming model. That is where you would notice the performance hit.
