- Answer Anything is possible but you should check the passmark scores for this chip, it's running with the i5 and i7 chips already since they added both turbo and hyper-threading. It would probably be cheaper to buy another laptop with the cpu you want rather than swapping it out. Also, the single thread rating for this cpu is actually higher than the most popular i5 8250U chip

- Answer Yes, it will run on wireless B/G/N but it is single band so only the 2.4ghz networks will be seen.

- Answer You would be able to upgrade the drive but the included drive is an M.2 SSD, While it has room for a 2.5" drive, this computer does not include the connectors and such for one.
