Win10 - Go to Device Manager and select HID Devices and disable the Touch Screen driver Other Windows OpSys DeviceManager>HID> then if TouchScreen is not identified, 1) disable the SECOND HID device 2) check and see if it is still working, if 2a) Yes, you're done! 2b) No, Enable the HID device and work your way down the HID list and repeat steps 1 & 2 until you find it.
