I bought this laptop for school and so far it’s working excellently. Fast , easy to use... just a good laptop all around .

I got this for my husband as Birthday present didn’t know if has a good screee resolution but after all it actually does have a clear crisp resolution as well good functionality when using the touch screen feature. We are very happy.

Great laptop, love using it. It's light weight and easy to transport.

excellent laptop for the money especially when you look at the benchmark results for the 8th gen i3-8130u processor... out performs some of the i7's... 1tb HDD and 8gb ram. laptop is more than enough for my 8 yr old and 11 yr olds daughters who i bought them for... and touchscreen... very nice

I hastily bough this laptop after my last was destroyed in checked baggage. I like that it has ample memory and touch screen. The weight is super light but in return, I feel like the material, particularly the top, is not very sturdy and thin. Although I don’t plan on dropping it, I feel as though i did, the casing will definitely chip. I also don’t like is the battery life. It’s probably good for only 5 hours. For the price this is a good laptop, features wise and brand. I would purchase again.

This is a great laptop .... very happy Most affordable laptops have junk software pre-installed that will keep showing you offers. The first thing I did was skip the free trial of their virus checker and install a free avg software, Next I went into the control panel and uninstalled any software that I wasn't interested in (e.g. games). And finally I installed CC Cleaner (free) and used their startup wizard to yank out the other software that the control panel would not let me delete.... and now I'm happy. I want a fast and clean laptop that is not being slowed down by junk software

Great Quality Touch Screen Capabilities. I found the speed to be good, not great, for the 8GB of System Memory and 6th Gen Inetel Core i3-6500U Processor @ 2.3 GHz. The Touch Screen is the perfect laptop size in my opinion. The 1TB Hard-Drive is more than enough space for this Laptop. And the Windows 10 offers this laptop the highest quality Operating System which gives it added ease of use which helps in using the touch screen and the voice activation Cortana capabilities so you can navigate the computer with ease. Anyone that doesnt have great computer skills would be able to use this machine easily. Great quality parts @ a great quality price!

I bought two of these laptaps...a secondary because we already of a 17" one and one for my dad. What is attractive about this laptop is that its light weight, its touch screen (something my dad needs to get use) and its fast, plus the price was one of the factors. It is the perfect size and easy to pack it away for school or trip.

This computer seems to be fast for the price. It has lots of storage for pictures. And I like that I can use it as a regular laptop or use the touch screen. My only complaint is the volume is very limited.

This laptop is my first touch screen at home, and it has not disappointed. The resolution for touch and display are excellent. The keyboard is easy to use, and the touch pad is the right sensitivity. All around, this reinforces my trust in HP hardware. It may be a little on the heavy side, but that's more than made up for by the solid reliability I've seen in this unit and in the past. The 1 TB hard drive was a nice expansion of storage for me, too. I would buy a second one without second thought, were I needing another.

Bought this for my son. He has only had it for a couple weeks. Really not much of an upgrade from his old one, but it's new and shiny, and hopefully components are upgraded. After buying I have seen that the next higher model has a I5 Intel, this one is I3 8Gig Ram. Best Buy didn't have the I5 model to my knowledge, but for $70.00 or so more I think I would have done that instead. This model does have a touch screen. Seems to work fine. So far we are not real impressed with the battery life, but haven't really used it enough to know. Overall, I think a good basic laptop.

It's difficult to find a laptop that has a disk drive on it these days. But this one has it. Plus a touch screen, lots of storage, and a few great other features. I've always appreciated HP for having a large variety in their products. I've enjoyed it so far. However, I haven't had the chance to use it as much as I had hoped. A few months after purchasing, it started running slowly and I'm not sure why, it only has an I3 processor so that could be why but I'm thinking it may be something else. But the laptop is fantastic otherwise.

I needed a simple, not too expensive, lap top to carry back and forth to my vacation condo. My new HP fit the bill to a tee. It's a great little computer and a great value for the price. It's touch screen is responsive. The key board is comfortable and the touch pad doesn't interfere like some other computers. And it's so light it barely adds to my carry on. I do wish it had an on/off indicator light. Still, for the price it's a great buy.

Purchase this for my granddaughter who's a 10th grader. Truly a good computer for her first. Has lots of memory and fast downloads. Will do her good for several years

Bought this for a friend's mom a few months back. Her old Lenovo took a dive and she need something to check her email and facebook, and browse the web. Figured this would be just as good a replacement. She's not a fan of the touchscreen feature, so I can't comment on that, but the computer itself is still up and running for her and she loves it. If I had to estimate, it took about an hour to setup (going through all the screen prompts and setups), but runs like a champ now that all is said and done. No issues.
