This computer was a good buy for a touch screen computer. Fairly fast, but perfect for using for photos, emailing and just general computer work.

I was not sure I wanted a touch screen laptop but find that I really like it. So do my grand kids. I really appreciate the speed of my laptop, especially when compared to my old one.

Not bad, its a light weight touch screen laptop. Working fine so far so good. Although battery should be long last than just 5 hours....

I despise electronics and setting them up. This was fairly easy despite the fact that electronics and I never seem to get along. I needed it for work and love that I can touch screen and zoom in for my small business and yet type away for documents. I have had problems syncing to a hot spot. I thought that issue was resolved and now it’s not. But I’m glad I purchased this laptop witr such a big screen due to my own side business I needed the larger screen.

Nice laptop more the price. Battery life is not that great. Have to leave it plugged in most the time.

Bought this computer as a gift to a friend so my friend could write novels. Computer is sufficiently suited for light work such as word processing, surfing the net, and emailing. Impressive storage at 1TB and surprising fast with the Intel I3 chip. I rated this a 4 rather than a 5 because the keyboard is not backlit. HP should install non-slip rest tabs on the bottom of computer to prevent slipping on hard surfaces.

I did not have a lot to spend on a new laptop for my small store, but with the help of Best Buy found this one. It is fast, works perfectly and has everything I need.

Got this laptop for my dad, easy for him to use and browse and use for his daily use. Simple for him to understand, touch screen a plus

This is my first brand new laptop I ever purchased. I’ve always had old hand me downs. So I shopped around and this was perfect for me to use for school work and a game of solitaire here and there. It’s been fairly easy to learn to use and I’ve had no issues. I actually knocked over my table it sits on and it fell to the ground and there has been no issues, so vary durable. Only issue I have is the battery doesn’t last as long as I wish it could. Otherwise I recommend it for simple everyday use!

We did some research and found this computer online and equivalent to some of the more expensive computers for less than $400 on sale. It even has touch screen.

This laptop is an excellent buy. It has all of the features I wanted and has the CPU, memory, and drive space I needed. The touch-screen is a bonus! HP quality!

I like the fact that its touch screen, it runs pretty fast, and so far no glitches. Im pretty badic when it comes to computers so I dont need anything fancy.

I purchased this laptop primarily to be used for online classes. I've had it for a few months now and I couldnt be more pleased with it. The screen is big and the picture crystal clear. The touchscreen works fabulously. Speakers are loud and clear. Fan kicks on as needed but is very quiet. Computer overall is lightweight and easy to carry. Battery lasts about 7 hrs from full charge to dead but even when dead if you plug it in you can continue working and it'll continue to charge. I really love this computer and I'm glad I chose it over the Dell I had originally picked out.

Great laptop needed something with more space and faster speed. Replaced desktop glad I did made computing easier.

I am enjoying this hp laptop. Great to use was easy to set up. I wish the battery was better as far as lasted longer but overall I like the laptop.

If I went only by price it was a terrific deal. Once we began to use it we found it was well worth more than what we paid, it's a great computer.

My wife used her computer for school and she loved the light weight and battery life is great as well. The touch screen is a winner too.
