Love this laptop. Super fast even using my mobile hotspot. I have one that is triple price and does not work at all sometimes. Awesome price too.

I was skeptical buying a new laptop since the last one I had that I liked was purchased in 2009! I purchased one a couple of years ago, but just wasn't happy with it. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this one was to get used to. The touch screen makes it so easy to navigate and I love the large keyboard. The mouse pad is very responsive, too. I also love having the 10 key like number pad on the right side of the keyboard. It works fast and I haven't had any issues with it at all. There isn't anything I don't like about my new laptop!

This laptop so far has been very good in addition to having touch screen. The corresponding Dell ones were more expensive than this HP laptop

i’ve owned many laptops but this one far surpasses what i expected , the large screen is great for me when i love the touchscreen!!

After searching for a new laptop for several months I kept coming back to this computer. I like that it's lite, has the touch screen feature, and it has the cd/DVD feature. The con is, it starts up really slow. If you're looking for speed, this might not be the best lap top for you. It works for me because I only use it for home use every now and then. I'm on the computer constantly at work so the last thing I want to see is a computer when I get home.

I was looking for a laptop to use for work. I didn’t really need the touch screen, but there was a sale on this one so I decided to go for it. I actually use it so much more than I thought I would. I love the laptop. I had to adjust to having Windows 10, but that wasn’t a problem. I have adjusted and like it now. The size is good. It also has a number pad, which is a bonus for a laptop. Overall, I am very pleased. It’s not fancy, just simple with good quality.

This computer is a lot faster than my last one. The touch screen already has me spoiled. So far, no issues. Perfectly happy.

I purchased this computer to replace one that is 5 years old. This is an 8th generation i3, and my other is an i7. This one appears faster. For the price it is a great computer. I am not a gamer, just wanted something to surf the net, watch videos and write. I gave it 4 stars because I can't tell if the on off button is touchy. I need to play with it a bit more. I also have a HP all in one Pavilion desktop PC, so like my HP's.

Product was on sale but the prices was increasing that moment and since I had it in my hand they honored my price. I don't like to spend a lot of money on myself and this purchase was directly for me so I got lucky with this purchase. It runs fast and does not freeze on me. I have been happy and fits all the needs I have for a laptop. No need to spend 2k unless you are gamer or photographer,

It was so easy to install all my programs. I love the touchscreen feature as well .it's great for work and play .

Screen easier than many to sign on with finger. Large screen nice. Device is very heavy and not low profile but it isn’t being transported so no big deal. Processing sufficient for basic office/browsing needs.

Need to adjust to Windows 10 but that is my problem not the laptop. Very good for the price.
